Join us for a beer or two ... or more! The Bryggjan Brugghús Brewery is in the colourful old harbour area of Reykjavík named Grandi and is very close to the city centre. The view from Bryggjan is fantastic over the sea, the boats, the busy harbour area and the mountains at a distance. You will get a private guided tour inside one of the most modern microbreweries in the city. The master brewer will tell you everything about how they make their unique Icelandic beers. You get a wide array of drinks to taste, followed by a savory dinner. Afterwards, you can stay until closing time or visit other nearby bars in the downtown area. Simply enjoy & cheers!

"Highlight of my stay in Iceland!"

Stumbled into this place after a day of sightseeing with my friends, and what a find! They've got great beers that are brewed on site and fantastic food as well. I had the whole-grilled mackerel while my partner had the vegan club sandwich. Both were sublime, served with a smile from our waiter Ingi. I had all their beers, the pilsner, pale ale, IPA and hefeweizen. The IPA was the best of the bunch, with the wheat beer coming in close second. Love this place.

"Great Place for a Cold Brew"

We found the brewery on the pier while waiting for a whale watching excursion. Cool place - modern decor; great staff - friendly and informative; ... but why do you go to a brew pub? You go for the beer! This place has some really delicious brews, brewed on site as well as a wide selection of domestic and imported bottled beers, and wines.
