Dear Travel Partner,

Thank you for your interest in the experiences offered by Reykjavik Excursions by Icelandia. We truly appreciate your role in the travel industry and your support in promoting our services.

We offer travel industry professionals the opportunity to apply for special rates, which may include discounted or, in select cases, complimentary access to our tours, activities, or transfers. All requests are reviewed individually, and availability depends on the service and circumstances.

How to Apply

Make sure to complete all required fields in the form.

Requests must be submitted at least one business day before your intended visit. Please note that requests are only actively monitored Monday to Friday, so weekend visits require submission more than 24 hours in advance. You can expect to receive a response approximately 24 hours before your visit, but not earlier.

Important Information

We do not accept walk-ins. Pre-approved vouchers are required for all visits.

Complimentary services only cover ICELANDIA-operated activities. Partner activities (e.g., Blue Lagoon) include transfers only, not entrance fees.

Requests are intended for sales, service, and front desk staff within the travel industry. If you do not qualify for a complimentary visit, you may still be eligible for a discounted rate, which will be specified in our response.

Each request is carefully reviewed, and approved applicants will receive a voucher with full details.
