If you booked through our website (www.re.is) please email info@icelandia.is with the following information:

• Date and time of the payment
• Amount paid
• Last 4 digits of the card used

Please also include any receipt or bank statement that could help us track the payment. Thank you!

If you booked the tour through a travel agency please contact them directly regarding a possible refund.

Closed Bus Stops

Due to construction in front of Fosshótel Barón and KEX Hostel, we are unable to pick up or drop off passengers at those locations. Instead, we are relocating passengers to Bus Stop #9.

__Due to construction in the area, the pick-up has been temporarily moved from Bus Stop 15 to Bus Stop 17, located on Grandagarður Street, in front of the Maritime Museum. Please note: Older vouchers and some maps may still show Bus Stop 15. There is a temporary sign for Bus Stop 15 at the museum, but the actual pick-up is at Bus Stop 17.
