Paid at the Front Desk? Here’s What We Need:

If you paid for your tour at the front desk, please provide the information below for us to process your refund.

Paid Using Apple Pay or Google Pay?

If you paid by tapping your phone, we’ll need additional information:

Apple Pay Users: Please send us the last four digits of your Device Account Number. Click here for more information on how to find it.

Google Pay Users: Please send us the last four digits of your Virtual Account Number. Click here for more information on how to find it.

Notice: Due to technical issues, we are currently unable to receive requests through our contact form. Please send your payment information request to info@icelandia.is instead, including the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Booking number (for example: AB12CD)
  • Where was the payment taken?
  • Date of payment (dd.mm.yyyy)
  • Amount paid (ISK)
