Booked Through a Third Party or Travel Agent?
If you booked your tour through a third party or a travel agent, you’ll need to contact them directly for refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot process payments not made through us.

Refund and cancellation policies of third-party companies may differ from ours. Please check with the specific company for their policies.
Notice: Due to technical issues, we are currently unable to receive requests through our contact form. Please send your cancellation request to info@icelandia.is instead, including the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- What tour would you like to cancel?
- Booking number (for example: RE123-456789 or IA-12345789)
- Details
By sending this email, you confirm that you understand and accept that Reykjavik Excursions by Icelandia is not responsible for refunding your booking if payment was not made through our website.
