Refund If you booked through our website (www.re.is) please email info@icelandia.is with the following information:
- Date and time of the payment
- Amount paid
- Last 4 digits of the card used

If you booked the tour through a travel agency please contact them directly regarding a possible refund.
Closed Bus Stops Due to construction in front of Fosshótel Barón and KEX Hostel, we are unable to pick up or drop off passengers at those locations. Instead, we are relocating passengers to Bus Stop #9.
