The Blue Lagoon is located right between Keflavík Airport and Reykjavík City. By combining your Airport transfer with a Blue Lagoon visit, either when arriving to Iceland or on your way back to the airport, you save time and money. Not to mention, you arrive rejuvenated at your destination after your relaxing Blue Lagoon experience.

We especially recommend passengers on morning and noon flights to consider the Blue Lagoon combo packages we offer. With hotel check-ins often not starting until 15:00, it is ideal to use the free time to visit the Blue Lagoon. You can safely store your luggage at the Blue Lagoon while bathing.

To the Blue Lagoon from Keflavík Airport

Your Reykjavik Excursions bus will be waiting for you right outside the terminal building. You can walk directly to the bus with your pre-booked ticket. In case you have any questions, the Reykjavik Excursions service desk is located right next to the entrance to the arrivals section of the terminal.

Reykjavik Excursions provides exceptional flexibility for Blue Lagoon tours. You can board the bus at the BSÍ Bus Terminal in downtown Reykjavík, enjoy all that the Blue Lagoon has to offer, and catch a convenient ride back to Reykjavík when you're done. The drive takes appr. 45 minutes between the BSI and Blue Lagoon, and an additional 30 minutes if you select the hotel pick-up.

Our schedule is aligned with the Blue Lagoon's opening hours, and we adapt it frequently due to the exciting volcanic activity in the area. Typically, there are 3 to 4 departures daily from Reykjavík, with a return trip scheduled four hours later from the Blue Lagoon back to the capital.
