FLY

No matter how long you plan to stay in Iceland you will not be able to see and experience it all.

Flyover Iceland is the perfect solution.

This world class attraction opens in Summer 2019 and is conveniently located in the harbour area of downtown Reykjavik.

FlyOver Iceland welcomes visitors to start their journey with an exclusive pre-show experience. This two-part segment will introduce you to the remarkable nature: connecting the land of fire and ice to the history and culture of this magical island. Next up is a story, narrated by our wise Icelander with the help of his shadowy friends on the walls of his traditional turf house. As the story develops, guests continue to the 2nd part of the experience; the Well of Time. Here we meet SúVítra, (The All Knowing), who is older than man can imagine. This resident troll will take you through three unique Icelandic experiences involving nature, man and magic.

Pre-show is complete and it is time to take off! After a short safety instruction, the FlyOver doors will open for guests to find their seats and buckle in before they embark on an uplifting flight simulation experience highlighting some of the most majestic spots to be found in Iceland!

Feel the wind and mist on your face while in flight and enjoy the sounds of the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra who have composed a special composition for this journey.

Upon completion of the flight, guests are shown to the lobby level via a specialty gift shop and post-show area where scenes on “the making of” and further information on “sights visited” can be found.

Before leaving, be sure to stop by the café on the first floor. Daily features include soups, sandwiches, light snacks, sweet treats and a selection of beverages.
